So 2020 has been challenging to say the least, we have had a lot to deal with. Being at home all the time can have some advantages, but it has also had many disadvantages.

One of the biggest changes to our lives due to lockdown, is the impact it has had on our physical and mental wellbeing. We have all tried to continue with our everyday lives as best as possible and find alternative ways to do the simple things. Group family FaceTime calls and chats in the garden through the front gate, are just a few ways in which we adjusted to lockdown to keep in contact with our loved ones.

We also found alternative ways to keep ourselves entertained during our free time, or to give the kids something to do after school. Banana bread has never been baked so much and Zoom stats must have gone through the roof with all the evening quizzes.

What did you attempt to cook that you have never tried before? How many home workouts did you do per week? Did you finally get through that book that you have been looking at on your book shelf for so long? Were you more or less productive with your spare time? (if you had any)
